Animal Awareness 2022

Animal Awareness Day was a huge success at NSS. More than €1330 were collected and also Pet Food Donations by the students and the staff. The day was busy and a number of entities participated in our events held at our premises. During the day we had the collaboration of Service Dog, the Animal Welfare, Vet on Wheels, Police Dogs, Community Police and we also invited animal gurus and well known personalitiesn Fabio Spiteri and Moira Delia. Moira Delia, from the TV show Animal Diaries on TVM spoke about the concept of adopt do not shop while athlete and coach Fabio Spiteri who is also an Animal lover and 19-time Iron-Man participant, was also part of our fruitful day. Students enjoyed getting their pets at school with the help of their parents who also made our day a day to remember.
