A group of students go down nostalgia lane as they humorously remember their first year at the National Sports School, the school they have worked so hard for. They dance and sing as they recollect the chaos of their first day at school, and how they have adjusted through the years. They acknowledge their growth and admit that as they grow, so do their hurdles. But they leave school with a bagful of memories, adventures and achievements.
The play concludes with the students expressing gratitude for their school, family and friends, singing “Let It Go” to symbolize embracing their future. The finale, “Be Our Guest,” celebrates their school as a home and place of growth.
This was an animation staged for NSS Celebration Evening 2024, which opened with a stunning performance by our artistic gymnasts, and proceeded to announce Thyis Antonelli as the winning athlete of the 2024 Sports Achievement Award. The highlight of the evening was the prize giving ceremony for academic merit for 2022-2023.
