The School Sports Nutritionist Shylene Taliana was invited on ‘Illum ma Steph’ programme to speak about her role as a sports nutritionist at the national sports school and also to speak about the launching of the book Sports Nutrition for young athletes. Ms. Taliana had the opportunity to discuss certain recipes to use with young athletes in order to get all the relevant nutrients for a great performance. She also mentioned important ingredients which should be included in our daily meals including the importance of good breakfast and plenty of water.
